Device is in better condition than fair, IMO. Maybe somewhere between Fair and Good but closer to Good. Anyway, I greatly appreciate the software left on the device along with extremely fast delivery of the phone and great description of the device. Also, the packing was very adequate. You shouldn't have any reservations about purchasing from this user.
