Lou was amazing! The phone I purchased was shipped out fast after payment, but due to the local FedEx Ground location that serviced my area my phone was stuck in shipping limbo for a week+ with no updates. This was in no part due to Lou, it was purely a local issue in my area! Lou reached out to me after noticing my phone wasn't delivered, and checked in to see if everything was alright, they even called FedEx to help me out! Superb service, super good price, and the phone is exactly as described and works like a charm. 10/10 Seller, would definitely buy from again!
