Poor communication on issues, part of the misunderstanding on my part, but thumbs down just for the attitude when they short changed my shipping charges on the return and literally insulted me just to keep an extra few bucks. It’s just petty after being so nice throughout some issues with the transaction

Phone arrived as described. I had an issue with USPS delivering the package and tried to get in touch with the seller to ask if the package was insured and the seller went off!! Stating I wanted to make fraudulent claims and I always make claims even though I never purchased from him!! I could not believe it. I will not give him a negative rating as the phone arrived as described but dealing with the seller was a nightmare. Extremely poor customer service
