The seller advertised this phone as "New In Box" with "MINT" condition. I could have the chance for purchasing another used phone on the same day with $65-$90 less, but I thought his phone was new. But the phone I received is apparently a used phone with a deep scratch on the top near sim card, very worn Qualcomm 4G sticker, some fine scratches near the charge port on the back side and air bubbles on the back, not to mention dirty original box. After I received the phone, I noticed the seller did not post the pictures for the top of the phone and the back of the phone. The seller refused to accept the return.

Would definitely buy from this seller again.
