I do not understand that the product looks and this packaged as new if is supposed to be a used product. charger and cable are in sealed bags and the phone has protections of the factory.?

Shipped very quickly! The phone works great with no issues at all. My only issue would be the slight scratches on the exterior that werent visible/discernible through the photos (though the photos were pretty good). A great transaction overall.

Pratik is a great asset to the Swappa community. He was honest, provided help when asked, and was very responsive throughout. If there ever was a chance in the future to purchase a phone from Pratik again I would pay a premium to do so since I know I would be getting a great phone from a great seller.

Good phone with no scratches on the back and perimeter. However, there are 3-4 small "scuffs" on the upper one-quarter of the screen .Readily visible with screen off. Barely visible with screen on. I would describe this phone as good, but not mint.

The factory box and materials were excellent and untouched.

Communication was concise and to the point and shipping was very quick.

OMG, I made a mistake!! The phone had a screen saver on it, and it was scuffed, not the screen itself. The phone is in fact MINT!! Sorry for the previous comment about the screen.
