Shipping was prompt and the phone works well. Great communication from the seller. The screen had a scratch larger than what I'd imagine with the Swappa descriptor "little to no scratches," but I was too impatient to wait for more pictures, so that's on me. The phone was shipped in a soft padded envelope with another envelope wrapped around it (not sealed in it), so I'm surprised USPS didn't annihilate it. But everything arrived okay and I'm satisfied.

In the interest of other buyers on this site, this seller sold me a non functional device and would not honor any return.
