BUYERS BEWARE! I'm not the first customer that has had to escalate a claim with PayPal for this seller's phone issues. He warranted that it was a good phone, but I had to take it to the Apple Store after I got it because I couldn't hear anyone unless it was on speaker phone. The Apple Store team verified by running a diagnosis test that the receiver failed and was not producing sound. This is something he would have easily known before selling. Now he won't refund unless forced by PayPal! I have a broken phone and limited recourse -- BEWARE!
