Fast shipping and phone arrived as described

It was a nightmare to get the phone. The phone itself seems to be in good condition. It came with a case that has a broken kickstand. I am unable to use the case with kickstand as intended. The charger that came with it works. The seller was responsive even though the 2 day shipping turned into 7 or 8 day shipping and my new phone was stuck in another state for an entire week without being updated by USPS. The seller stated he would not be using USPS again and did offer a refund for my troubles in return for the phone if necessary. I don't know that I'll buy with Swappa again due to shipping. The product was received an entire week late. I was able to take it to the store and get a SIM card and it has been working for the last hour or so that I have had it active. Point: good seller, terrible shipping service. Only thing I would have changed was to know about the broken kick stand on the case before buying.
