This is our first time on Swappa and we are happy with our experience with the seller Gigah and would not hesitate to deal with him in the future. The seller has done a wonderful job, attentive during the Fourth of July holidays and even researched my technical questions and concerns, he shipped the laptop promptly (it was USPS who delayed), package arrived undamaged while we were traveling, laptop precisely matches photos and description and booted without issues. Thank you Gigah, sorry if our being off grid (this is the Pacific Northwest after all! Once in our mountains we have no cell or wifi! ha!) caused you difficulty with Swappa.
