Tracking of the item was Stuck for 13 days with USPS Failure, but Seller was patient and responsive to my questions. As for his communication, he was quick to reply and reassuring. The item was much nicer than I had imagined. I had pre-purchased a glass screen protector on Ebay that was totally useless, so having one included was great.The Protector I bought wasn't as good as this one. I also liked the case that came with it. I was lucky to buy a good cellphone at a good price.
