Item is in good condition. ????????

Marc was amazing and was very reliable. I received the phone as described. Its exterior was in even better condition than described actually. Unfortunately, I had problems with the battery keeping a charge which had nothing to do with the seller. I notified him & he immediately responded & said he would provide me a refund which he promptly did. He was very accomodating and although the phone didn't work out, I would gladly do business with Marc again, anytime.

Phone was delivered quickly, and in as promised condition.
