My first time purchasing a used phone and Craig was excellent to do business with. He shipped the phone within 12 hours of me ordering it. Due to the holidays, there were some delays on USPS' end, but he stayed on top of it and kept me informed all throughout. He packaged the phone extremely well. It's is in excellent condition - better than I was expecting - and all items are included that were promised.

No problems at all.
