Phone was in very good condition as described, so no problem there. But the phone was delayed in shipping by 7 days and while the phone was advertised as UNLOCKED, the phone was NOT unlocked. When the seller realized this was the case, the seller paid to have the phone unlocked, but of course we lost more time waiting for this to occur. If not for these two avoidable hiccups, she would have gotten five stars for being very honest about the condition of the phone she was selling.
