I purchased an iphone XR from the seller. The phone still had an unpaid balance attached to it and should not have been listed on swappa in the first place. This transaction has become one huge headache. Over a month later, PayPal decides that I'm due a refund, but the $25.05 return shipping on the item was my responsibility. Have been trying to get the seller to reimburse me for this as it's only right, but the seller has become unresponsive and isn't communicating. Please be aware that if your transaction goes south, you are pretty much on your own to navigate the dispute/returns process.
