The phone I received is in great shape overall except for one thing: The bottom left corner of the screen is black (not working). It's a very small area about 2mm by 4mm and does not impact the function of the phone. It's just annoying. Other than that, the phone is in great shape and has been functioning flawlessly.

Seller never provided a tracking number. Communication was poor but not rude.

Device came as advertised, nicely placed back in the packaging. I did have a little scare when the charging cable wasn't inside the phone's box, but this was more than made up for by the fact that he included a braided full-size USB to USB-C cable along with the included 2-sided USB-C cable.

Device arrived just as advertised and was very safely packaged.

Device as described, normal wear and tear with potential tiny tiny scratch on middle left of screen. Might be hair/fuzz under the screen protector that was already on? (Thanks for that btw!) Totally unnoticeable! Even came fully charged!
