Bought phone rated "good". Was closer to mint. Not a single scratch on front or back. Ports are clean and tight and all the buttons work perfect. No problems with hardware. Included a basic case and took great care in protecting screen for shipping.

Additionally, seller was helpful & polite helping be troubleshoot a problem I was having with setting up the phone.
