In the right light there were visible scratches on the screen i took pictures right out of the package before promptly placing a screen protector on. I am still accepting this tablet but it was not mint condition as described and more appropriately "good" condition.

This phone was not as advertised. It was not unlocked. It was the Verizon locked variant. Scratches were deeper than seen in pictures and it was shipped in very sloppy minimal packaging that did not protect the phone. Not impressed.
