Neutral about the seller. Took a few days for seller to send out after purchase. Phone also was listed as perfect screen, but there are some air bubbles under the screen, he did offer to refund phone though, so that's a plus.

The phone arrived on time and was in excellent condition as stated. However, all phones should be sold with a charger. Mine was not. Had to order one which came late and delayed activation further. That also delayed my comments here. I would buy from this seller again but would ask more questions first.
