There was a slight slip up in the beginning when I ordered the phone but, they made up for it by sending it through priority. It was really nice of them. The phone also seems to be in pretty good condition so far. The outside of the phon is superb. I haven't dug around the software much but, I'm sure that's just as great. Thanks!
