Packaging for shipment was merely a bubble wrap envelope with a couple of large bubble wrap pieces inside- some of which were popped. I was concerned the product would be damaged, but it wasn't.
Also, a black phone was sent instead of the advertised white, which I'm fine with.
Otherwise everything looks in order.
