Sellar marked item as shipped then cancelled and refunded. No response for a reason as to why cancelled and my refund from seller is is on hold with PayPal Had to contact Swappa staff to get their fee refunded.. Zero star seller...

Phone is in very good condition, I bought three phones the same day, this one was the last to arrive several days after the other two. Can't rate as high because of the slower shipping.

Seller was friendly, and product was received in the condition it had been advertised. Product was not shipped in accordance with Swappa's two business day time frame, but instead was shipped 10 business days after purchase. Seller was at times slow to respond, but did end up providing UPS "Next Day Air" shipping service to compensate for the delays.
