The watch’s condition was completely different from the description provided, and the process of resolving issues, getting a return label, and receiving a refund has been noticeably slow. I had to reach out to the seller at each step to get a solution. I expected better communication and a quicker resolution. This experience has made me hesitant to shop from this seller again.

I purchased on Monday at 8pm and got my Watch5 Pro on Friday. It was in good condition, as described. It came with a charger, though not required for this condition. The strap seems to be missing the loop (that holds excess buckle), but overall, I am satisfied. Would do again. Thank you
