Shipped fast, clearly packaged by a man lol. phone is in perfect working condition and came "like new". Only thing I had issue with was that it was not disclosed that its Oxygen OS is not suitable for NA, so software updates could not be installed. I was able to find a work around since I work with phones often. Overall happy with my new device.
