Aside from having to contact the seller about shipping the phone the phone was exactly as advertised.

The Seller claimed that "The phone had no prior repairs and is under manufacturer warranty till May, 2016". But the phone was rattling inside when I received it. I took the phone to the Apple Store for in-warranty repair, as suggested by the seller. The Apple Store technician examined the phone and told me that the phone has been repaired by unauthorized person/shop using non-apple parts and therefore the warranty is void. With the help of Swappa I was able to cancel the sale after two weeks (Thank you Swappa). But the seller did not pay $10.55 for return shipment. He is selling the same phone again on Swappa listed under item LLH346 . So Buyer Beware!!.

Seller listed the incorrect model in the listing. The device arrived and would not work on my network. The seller advised that the device was "unlocked" when confronted with the issue and that it should work on any network. He later offered to accept the device back for a refund. He was slow to take possession of the device but ultimately issued a refund. The seller is getting two stars only because he did ultimately issue the refund.

Item was not as described. He said the phone was a 64gb but it was 16gb and the speaker did not work. Sent the phone back and he said he can't issue a refund until a week later because his account was negative. Sounded fishy to me so I disputed with PayPal and got my refund that way.
