The phone arrived in good working condition and was sent in a timely. The phone matched the description provided by the seller.

I did have trouble with Sprint getting it activated. After 3 weeks of calling customer care and working with the Sprint store representatives I was able to get the phone activated. This is more of an issue with sprint than the seller. However, I did not get any additional information from the seller that I requested that would have aided in the activation process.

Device was received and was as just as describe. Mint condition. Very happy would by again.

The bubble packaging that the device was shipped in had the sticky tape attached to the phone, rather than the other part of the bubble tape, leaving a sticky residue on the newly received phone. Other than that, everything was smooth.

The phone was enclosed in a wrap inside the box to protect it during shipment. Surprisingly, the phone arrived on time, despite a huge snowstorm -- thanks to the seller and USPS for delivering it on time!
