The seller shipped out the device promptly. The iPad Mini 4 I received is in excellent shape. There is virtually no visible defect except one tiny scratch that can barely be noticed. All the functions checked out fine. The seller remained in close contact with me while I worked through some activation challenges with the carrier. I am overall very pleased with the device and the seller. Definitely look forward to another opportunity to do business with him.
