The phone arrived promptly, was in great condition, and worked perfectly with my BYOD sim. It was actually in better physical condition than the description implied. The price was great too. Lower than all of the other entries (at the time I made the purchase) and included more accessories than any of the other entries. I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy from this seller again.

I received the product in a well-packaged box with air bags inside to protect the contents of the box. Everything came in pristine condition and nothing was missing.

Arrived with a dead battery. Shipped in a box with no padding etc, the laptop just flailed in the box while shipped. Ended up selling it off for parts to recover some $ for the incompetence in shipping and false condition of the item
