Excellent shipping. The device works as advertised. Was a tad disappointed in the descriptions of the "scratches". Far more than I expected from "normal use"; maybe I'm just an odd one that can have a phone for over two years with no screen protector and never get a single scratch? There is also a mark on the screen that is not a scratch and more of a dent as much as a screen can be dented. Not 100% sure I would have purchased if I had a more clear description/view of the screen but I will keep it as it is working and this is a far better phone than my new S7 Edge; just can't stand TouchWiz.

Sale was smooth. Camera is faulty but seller gave reasonable options and was willing to work with me.

I would recommend making the signature confirmation requirement a little more prominent in the ad. It took me 3 extra days to find time to get to the post office to pick this up. Our USPS will not leave in the mailbox if no one is home and a signature is required.

Sale didn't work out but I'm still giving this seller a 5 star review. When I received the phone and turned it on, it was apparent the phone number from the previous owner was still activated on the phone. I even called Sprint and found out the account was still activated. The ESN did run clean, and was checked by swappa as well, so this was not necessarily the fault of the seller, but I was unable to activate the phone because of it. When I notified the seller, he was very professional about it and allowed me to return the phone for a full refund. Even the though phone didn't work out, the seller had such great customer service that I'm giving him a 5 star review. All things considered I would buy from him again because I'm confident that he is fair and honest. You can be sure of a quality product as described as well as excellent customer service.
