Excellent customer service that immediately sent back emails regarding any questions I had. Seller sent the device the exact same day I purchased it (early morning) and received the device just two days later. Phone was protected by the nice case that he provided covering both the front and back of the device, however I did wish for a bit more padding knowing full fact that it was expensive electronics. However other then that the great customer service and speed of shipping was outstanding rivaling Amazon's amazing service. Thanks!
