I had some issues with the phone when I received it. At first the seller did not want to offer a return or refund, but after a few days, he decided to offer the refund. We were able to resolve this issue and he did apologize since he was unaware of the problems with the phone. Communication was always quick and open and shipping was fast as well. We are both trying to maintain patience now that USPS has lost the return package. As frustrating as this has been, it has not been our fault, and communication has been open and polite between us. We are both waiting and hoping for this to all be worked out.
