Item was as described. So far everything works as it should. Haven't tried the cellular part yet, will try with a sim next week. Ok, finally got around to getting the Ipad working on 4G and it works flawlessly! Big shout out to this seller because the Ipad could have been rated higher because it didn't have a scratch on it! Appreciate the honesty on their part!! Would definitely recommend this seller 100%!
