Got the phone, had an issue with the IMEI but the seller promptly responded and got me a refund after the phone was sent back.

Unit was a refurb, as advertised. Worked fine. But Swappa apparently doesn't allow refurbs.

Seller promptly sent out a new battery to replace a mildly swelling battery. Would buy from again.

Received phone and one case. Asked for the other case and received it promptly at no extra cost. Seller was good. Phone was wet inside when I got it out of the mailbox, due to humidity outdoors. It still works so I will keep it, but more water resistance packaging might be a good idea in the future.
