The phone came in great working condition exactly as described. The only flaws on the phone were minor and disclosed up front with the seller's detailed photos. Jay was very friendly, and good to work with. For some reason, unable to track package and it arrived a bit late, but I'm not under the impression that shipping issues were Jay's fault. Jay was excellent communicating regarding the purchase throughout.
