This is an excellent device, with great built-in memory, cables, charger, and original box and manual and arrived in excellent condition. Seller mentioned Otterbox as the protective case he used. I have followed suit and am very satisfied. I did have to change out the sim card but that was because the T-mobile sim in my old phone was incompatible and nothing to do with the seller. Thank you for a great sale!
