The seller was a bit slow to respond (partially out of my constant request for updates, which is my fault) but they seemed to have a lot to do and still made me feel like a priority. The device was unfortunately damaged by the seller on the way to shipping. They promptly provided a refund as soon as they possibly could and were incredibly nice throughout the entire process. I was concerned about the S10 I purchased because it was listed as new but the Box corner was torn apart and you could easily open it without removing the seal and the battery was completely dead and seller was very good about letting me know how long he had it so I was willing to try it out. It has been fine after a few days of use and does what it should. I believe that I would buy from this seller again as they seem like they are very good to work with when you have an issue with something that they sold. Turned a negative to a positive experience.
