Sim tray would not open but buyer refunded money.

Item wasn't in the condition it was described as, but everything works fine and I'm not unhappy with the condition it's in. Shipping was fast, but packaging left a little something to be desired. Overall though, I'm really satisfied. This has been a great first experience with Swappa.
