I got the device; however, communication was really bad with the seller

Took over 2 weeks to receive and the phone is in poor condition, on top of that the back camera lens is cracked with more than half of it missing!

The phone works great only issue i had is that the phone will not work on my phone company so i have to leave from boost mobile. I guess boost is i can use my phone but iphone 5s are not compatible with the boost network unlocked

The iPhone arrived very fast and was successfully activated on Cricket. Functions almost perfectly, though seller failed to mention the earpiece (w/ volume maxed out) only outputs about 50% volume, as well as the screen having a faint (but huge) red discoloration in the center. I knocked off one star because of these issues. For the price though, I can't complain and I am happy with my purchase.

Seller's definition of a charger is just the USB cable. Never provided the adapter as discussed in the post-sale communications.

The phone was sent on time and I got it with no problem. The phone appeared to be fine but I had many issues with it over the course of two weeks. First,the battery leaked a lot, then it would freeze randomly, then a perpetual "no service" showed up. I went to the Apple store three times (in two weeks!) and ultimately had to get it replaced. The tech tag team replied my emails here and there but was not consistent with replying. I hope the team will do a better job checking phones in the future.

User had the most disappointing quality of communication, and always took too long to respond to my inquiries. They also shipped the item after I expressed I wanted a refund because the shipment had taken too long. This is despite the behest of swappa's support as well.
Its frustrating giving your money to a seller to be left without a product or customer service for so long.
The item was finally returned after I refused the shipment. The entire interaction took over a week and to date no apology or remorse has been expressed.
What an unprofessional and unacceptable interaction.
Although this shouldn't tarnish Swappa's image, their lack of clout in handling these situations makes their role as intermediator seem feeble.

Essentially, the seller is not obliged to reply, return, answer inquiries, or ship the item within Swappa's outlined time frame as there is no consequence for noncompliance.
