Phone arrived fast! Took three days, sent to the middle of the woods in northern California. This seller processed and shipped the phone faster than Verizon would have taken (Same day as I ordered, they shipped). Phone was in great condition, all Swappa specifications and checklists we're met, with clean IMEI. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Good price on the phone and it the condition of the phone aesthetically was even understated - very clean. Phone works great in every way.

Only concern is that the phone has unimaginably permanent screen burn on status bar and buttons (very minor issue) and battery health is at 85% of original capacity on a very newish model (very big deal) - most likely a store display item. For comparison my own pixel purchased a month after release, used every day by an addict is at 96%. Other than an abnormally worn battery, it works great.

Seller response was excellent. Responded to every question or problem in under a day - even through holidays. Very fast shipment, and great packaging.

Device works flawlessly, the only problems I had were late shipping (came one day late, which is not a huge deal) and the device has a dent in the back as well as by the camera. They don't hinder my use of the phone, but I didn't see them in the pictures and it wasn't listed in the device description. Overall, smooth use and very nice phone.

So disappointed, The phone does not work, the buttons stick. i will be returning asap. Just got the device today and it doesnt work. Dont even get a star. Need to know the return policy.
