Very quick to send out. Phone was as expected. Had to get a new sim card from store and charger, but wasn't too much trouble. Would buy from again.

Excellent service, phone arrived very quickly and in the condition described. I had some early concerns about the battery life, but running the battery down to 0 and then fully charging it seems to have reset it back to what I would expect from a moderately used phone.

The device was shipped quickly. The description of the device failed to mention what I consider a large and deep scratch in the screen, deep enough you can feel it while swiping your finger across the screen. I am otherwise satisfied with the phone.
