All items arrived as expected though they were delayed a day in shipping (USPS's responsibility not the sellers). I love the phone and have enjoyed setting it up. Item in perfect condition; went the extra mile to make sure it was packed securely with additional scratch protection for the screen. Shipped it as soon as the post office opened on the first available day. Got here 2 days early to boot. Communication was top notch. Fantastic!

5 star seller with 10 star service. On receiving my Nexus 9 I ran into an issue of it wanting me to sign in with the previous owners info(never saw that before). Seller was there to help me the whole time. Even though it took 2 days to figure it out, the seller stayed in close contact with me until a solution was finally found.
