Swappa needs to provide a place where we can leave separate feedback for the Seller and the Item.

In my case, the item was not 100% as advertised, but close. There was a very tiny (3mm long) hairline crack at the top right corner. Fortunately, it is above the bezel and does not impede the actual display. With a case on, it is not visible at all. The other issue was cigarette smoke smell. Strange as it may sound, the smell can really work its way into stuff, especially the rubber part of the OtterBox case. The included 64GB sdcard and the OtterBox Defender (however, the clip broke on first day!) accessories were nice bonuses. Overall, device gets 4/5.

Everything was wrapped in bubble. Everything arrived a day earlier than estimated. Seller has been generous and gracious. Seller answered all my questions and requests - promptly! Seller apologized for the discrepancies, which I appreciate. So, 5 stars for the Seller, which is reflected in the stars.
