I had to purchase a power adapter/charger because the one included does not work. This is unfortunate and annoying.

Laptop came in on Friday in good condition. Everything was received well, however, the included charger does not charge the Macbook Pro. I am very disappointed in that, as I expect the charger that is included in the listing to work with the product that I just spent a lot of money on. Is there anything we can do about that?

I received the computer exactly in the form seller described. There was a 3 day delay after purchase that seller didn't communicate very well during. The tracking status showed item had not been received yet seller said he had dropped it off. Could of been an error by shipping company but seller didn't communicate during the period. Overall I received the item and its as described but sale wasn't very smooth.

It came in condition described, camera, audio for calls an music(speakers), touch, battery, flashlight, Wi-Fi n Bluetooth connection n fingerprint scanner all work, I'm about to try using it with my carrier which the only thing left to check

first of all, I ordered this phone on april 23, the shipping was supposed to be in 2 days, my phone was delivered on april 29, so thats 6 days, fine from miami I usually wait like 3 days until its delivered to Panama city, I waited a week, So I had to call miami and track my package and basically they told me the package was not correctly labeled, so I don't understand how a person that is USED to deliver pacakges can NOT label correctly one package, Now I have to wait ANOTHER week because they have to find my package in the lost items, Please if you buy something from this seller, make sure HE labels your package and save yourself a headache

We ordered a phone that was listed as for ATT but when we got it the phone was for Sprint. We messaged the seller to see if they would correct the issue but they never responded back. Between the time we gave them to respond as well as the time both Swappa and Paypal gave them to respond was about a month and a half and they wouldn't reply to anyone. It made me sad because this is the first time I've had an issue with a seller with a good rating.

The phone I bought was in the condition described by the seller, if not quite a bit better. The price also couldn't be beat. I'm very pleased with the transaction and highly recommend this seller!

Quickly sold. Seller is quiet and doesn't like to respond much. Phone wont turn on after 10 days of use. Could be just bad luck but this is what happened.

After letting the phone sit over night it magically turned back on. Hooray for Android weirdness.
