Upgrading the Samsung Galaxy S6 to a newer generation Galaxy S7 Edge means you'll see several improvements in performance and design. For instance, the Galaxy S7 Edge features a larger 5.5-inch curved display and 3,600mAh battery. The camera, although a slightly lower resolution 12MP sensor, also saw a slight improvement with dual pixel autofocus and larger f/1.7 aperture lens. Other upgrades include IP68 water resistance, Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, always-on display, and micro SD card support.
