Galaxy S6 edge vs Galaxy S8 Active

Upgrading the Samsung Galaxy S6 to the newer generation Galaxy S8 Active brings a handful of hardware improvements. The most obvious is the Galaxy S8 Active's rugged, MIL-STD-810G rated body, and massive 4,000mAh battery. Other hardware upgrades include a larger 5.8-inch 18.5:9 (flat) screen, Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, IP68 water resistance, always-on display, micro SD card support, rear mounted fingerprint sensor, iris scanner, and USB-C charging port. The 12MP camera, while lower resolution than the S6 Edge's, has been upgraded with dual pixel phase detection autofocus and larger f/1.7 aperture lens for better low light shooting.
