Phone is slightly bent and can’t hear that well out of it. Plug for charging input doesn’t seem to work that well. But everything else seems good. Can’t give a great rating or terrible, just moderate.

The phone was shipped fast, and was in excellent condition. However I felt their customer service was sub par because I asked about a charger being included and because I got back to them a day later, they didn't think to include a charger. I mean I'm buying an iphone, chances are I don't have an extra one around, but that is my only vice.
