Hello. I just got a chance to open this phone and for the most part I am satisfied. However, the power/lock button hardly gives any feedback and is hard to press. I'm not sure if this was just overlooked during the inspection, but i'm not happy with the level of responsiveness of the button.

Shipping Policies

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all devices we sell. This warranty covers defects only and does not cover damage. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
