The first phone we received had a few problems and the Seller was able to work with us to swap with a different phone. The new phone works great and I will buy from them again.

I would not recommend this seller and here's why. I bought 2 iphones at the same time as a "combo" deal. One of the phones would not charge due to a bad charging port. I paid the return shipping so they could "fix" it. They sent that phone back with a detached screen. I returned this phone again for a refund and the seller paid for shipping. On the second phone when I requested that AT&T unlock it, the unlock was refused due to it being under financial obligations and sellers aren't supposed to be selling phones on here like that. After swappa insisted the seller make the situation right, he offered to take it back The only reason I didn't give him one star is because he agreed to take back both phones.
