Listing showed the phone to be in mint condition and I would consider this to be far from mint. The body of the phone is in good condition however the charging port is wobbly and there are micro scratches all over the screen including a pretty significant scratch near the top of the screen. This really should have been listed as good condition and good condition prices should have been paid. I will be making sure to avoid Wireless Source for all future purchases unless this is corrected.

The phone was listed in mint condition but arrived with many surface scratches on the screen as well as a few deeper scratches. The back also had deep scratch marks on it. According to the swappa criteria it should have been listed as good at the maximum. I contacted the seller through the sale page as is required to resolve a problem but did not receive a reply.

Feel a bit bait and switched on this.. The iPad arrived very much not in the condition listed.. Was listed as mint but came with lots of dings, scratches and scuffs.. When I reached out to the seller they offered 10% refund (which was far less than it should have ben comparing other listed items with the condition listed honestly).. refused to offer more, knowing we'd already got it, set it up and it would be more of a pain to try and return at this point. While the iPad does work, I would always stay away from dishonest sellers like this.
