Purchased 05/09. Tried to cancel 12 hours later 05/10. Label created 05/12. Didn't cancel, won't respond to return requests.

We had a problem with the iPad charging but this company was great to work with and accepted our return. Would buy again with them with confidence. Positive experience.

I bought a phone listed as mint condition, but there was a dirt speck underneath the screen. I had to argue for a refund even though it's what I asked for immediately upon opening the phone. I uploaded clear, visible photos of the screen with the speck in it, and the seller addressed Swappa instead of me to say they don't see it. I was already unhappy with receiving a non-mint device, but this was also just rude on the seller's part. It took several days of back and forth before being able to send the phone back. I had to pay return shipping since I didn't open the phone within three days of receiving it; the seller should be held to the same standard as customers. I only had three days, but they took as long as they wanted. There are plenty of other reviews here saying the same, and I wish I had read them first. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this seller.
