Phone as described and timely shipping.

Received a problematic phone. As soon as I powered it on it had some boot loop issues. Then began receiving app error/crash messages, the phone would freeze, crash and restart.

Notified the seller who offered to take it back but due to the long distance we tried to work around it and the seller suggested taking it to a Samsung store. Took the phone to a Samsung Store, a technician assessed the phone. I was informed that the phone was flashed before and and incorrect software for S21 was installed. They flashed it and put on S21 Plus software and advised that this should solve the error messages but if the freezing and restarting continues then the next step would be to look into the hardware. I informed them that I was not interested in opening the device.

I informed the seller about the findings. The seller has refused to compensate me for the money spent to diagnose and flash the phone. I have sent the phone back to the seller at my expense.

The phone itself was a positive experience. It works well and is as promised.

It could have been packaged better. The box came open during shipping. It's a miracle the phone wasn't lost, stolen, or damaged. The charger was also missing, I'm assuming it was lost due to the package popping open. The phone also powered on at some point during the trip (must have otherwise the battery would have been dead if it was shipped turned on). Phones are expensive. Bubble wrap and extra tape please.
